Exchange policy:-

• Defective piece: Exchanges are applicable only if the product received is defective. Customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video from the opening of the sealed parcel until the product is shown clearly for any size exchange request, wrong or defective product claim, missing items, or package tampering. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.

•Size Issue: For size exchanges, additional shipping charges will apply, and the same article will be provided.
Note: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
